NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, Oct. 14 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Duane A. Evans, issued the following news release on Oct. 13, 2023:
U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans announced today that DAZMON DYER, age 30, a resident of New Orleans, pleaded guilty on October 12, 2023 to a two-count indictment charging him with delay of U.S. mail and theft of U.S. mail matter by a postal employee, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 1703 and 1709.
