DOVER, Delaware, Sept. 27 -- Delaware State University issued the following news:
The University has named Chief James T. Overton to head the DSU Police Department for the second time in his career, this time succeeding Chief Bobby Cummings who retired at the end of May.
He began that first tenure with DSU as Deputy Chief of Police in 2000, and then served as the University's Chief of Police from 2005 until 2011.
