WASHINGTON, Sept. 20 -- The National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners issued the following news release:

The National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners President Michael A. Caron has appointed new chairs for the Committee on Electricity and the Subcommittee on Pipeline Safety, tapping Commissioner Kim Duffley of North Carolina and Jim Wright of Texas, respectively.
