KORAT ROYAL THAI AIR BASE, Thailand - The first ever Enduring Partners Engagement commenced with an opening ceremony officiated by Royal Thai Air Force Group Captain Nat Kamintra, Enduring Partners Exercise Director, and U.S. Air Force Brig.
