WASHINGTON, Sept. 14 -- Rep. Burgess Owens, R-Utah, chairman of the House Education and the Workforce Subcommittee on Higher Education and Workforce Development, issued the following news release on Sept. 13, 2023:

On Wednesday, September 20, at 10:15 a.m., the Subcommittee on Higher Education and Workforce Development, chaired by Rep. Burgess Owens (R-UT), will hold a hearing titled "Strengthening WIOA: Improving Outcomes for Jobseekers, Employers, and Taxpayers."
