WASHINGTON, Sept. 14 -- The Council on American-Islamic Relations issued the following news release on Sept. 13, 2023:
The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation's largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today expressed its support for the right of local communities to remove Confederate street names.
