RAPID CITY, South Dakota, Aug. 9 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of South Dakota, Alison J. Ramsdell, issued the following news release on Aug. 8, 2023:

United States Attorney Alison J. Ramsdell announced today that U.S. District Judge Jeffrey L. Viken has sentenced a Rapid City, South Dakota, man convicted of Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine. The sentencing took place on August 4, 2023.
