CONCORD, New Hampshire, Aug. 9 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of New Hampshire, Jane E. Young, issued the following news release on Aug. 8, 2023:
A Massachusetts man was sentenced in federal court in Concord for drug trafficking, U.S. Attorney Jane E. Young announces.
Johan M. Rodriguez, 37, was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Joseph Laplante to 60 months in prison. On March 28, 2023, Rodriguez plead guilty to conspiracy to distribute fentanyl.
