AUSTIN, Texas, Aug. 5 -- The Texas Association of School Boards issued the following news release:
The Texas Association of School Boards (TASB) Board of Directors has elected Angela Lemond Flowers of Houston ISD to an interim position on the TASB Board, representing TASB Region 4, Position D.
Lemond Flowers is secretary of the Houston ISD School Board. She was appointed to the board in June 2023.
A native Houstonian, she earned a bachelor of arts in Englis . . .
