Today, Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (MI-12) joined Congresswoman Cori Bush (MO-01), Congressman Jamaal Bowman, Ed.D. (NY-16), Congressman Adriano Espaillat (NY-13), Congresswoman Sydney Kamlager-Dove (CA-37), and Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman (NJ-12) in introducing the End Solitary Confinement Act, historic legislation which would end solitary confinement in federal prison . . .
