WASHINGTON, July 14 -- Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, issued the following news release:
U.S. Congressman Henry Cuellar (TX-28) secured nearly $147 million for the International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC) in the Fiscal Year 2024 State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs House appropriations bill. This is an increase of $36 million - or nearly 25% - over the previous year's funding level. Presidential permits are required for construction projects at border crossings. O . . .
