NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, July 14 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Duane A. Evans, issued the following news release:
On July 12, 2023, United States District Judge Lance M. Africk sentenced DAWAYNE BOUTAIN, age 29, a resident of Violet, to a statutory maximum of 120 months in prison for violating the Federal Gun Control Act, announced U.S. Attorney Duane A. Evans.
