WASHINGTON, July 12 (TNSgov) -- The Sierra Club issued the following news release on July 11, 2023:
Today, groups filed two federal lawsuits challenging the decision by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to approve two liquified gas (LNG) export terminals, Texas LNG, Rio Grande LNG, and the associated Rio Bravo Pipeline. These projects are proposed at the Port of Brownsville in Texas and on lands that are sacred to the Carrizo Comecrudo Tribe of Texas.
