Today, Congressman Tim Walberg (MI-05) led 12 of his colleagues in sending a letter to U.S. Department of Justice Attorney General Merrick Garland detailing compelling evidence suggesting that TikTok CEO, Shou Zi Chew, provided false testimony under oath while appearing before the House Committee on Energy and Commerce to discuss the data-security practices of TikTok.
