NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana, March 18 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Louisiana, Duane A. Evans, issued the following news release on March 17, 2023:
NICHOLAS WEBER, age 29, a resident of New Orleans, Louisiana, was sentenced on March 16, 2023, to 120 months imprisonment, 4 years of supervised release, and a $300 mandatory special assessment fee by U.S. District Judge Susie Morgan, after pleading guilty to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, possessing firearm . . .
