WASHINGTON, March 10 -- Sen. Mike Crapo, R-Idaho, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Mike Crapo (R-Idaho) joined 43 Republican colleagues to introduce the No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Without Senate Approval Act. This legislation requires any convention or agreement resulting from the work of the World Health Organization's (WHO) intergovernmental negotiating body be deemed a treaty, requiring ratification by the Senate.
