INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, Feb. 24 -- The Indiana House Democrats issued the following news on Feb. 23, 2023:
A bill authored by Rep. Mike Andrade (D-Munster) to better protect law enforcement in the line of duty passed out of the House of Representatives by a 94-0 vote. House Bill 1396 will provide bleeding control kits to law enforcement officers.
This is Andrade's first authored piece of legislation to pass out of the House of Representatives.
