INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, Feb. 16 -- The Indiana House Republicans issued the following news release:

The House Public Health Committee this week approved State Rep. Elizabeth Rowray's (R-Yorktown) legislation to allow pharmacists to prescribe and dispense hormonal contraceptives like birth control pills and patches.
