U.S. Senators Jon Tester (D-Mont.) and Susan Collins (R-Maine), Chair and Vice Chair of the Defense Appropriations Subcommittee, today introduced a bipartisan resolution condemning the Chinese spy balloon that was first publicly reported in U.S. airspace above Billings, Montana.
