WASHINGTON, Feb. 3 -- Rep. Deborah Ross, D-North Carolina, issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Deborah Ross (NC-02) and Congressman David Kustoff (TN-08) introduced the bipartisan Deter Obnoxious, Nefarious, and Outrageous Telephone Calls (DO NOT Call) Act in the House of Representatives.
