INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, Feb. 2 -- The Indiana House Republicans issued the following news release on Feb. 1, 2023:
The House Courts and Criminal Code Committee today approved State Rep. Craig Haggard's (R-Mooresville) legislation that would limit information the federal government can request on lawful Hoosiers who have handgun carry permits.
Haggard's bill would only allow information from a carry permit holder or a person applying for a permit to be released to the fed . . .
