INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana, Dec. 16 -- The Indiana House Democrats issued the following news:
State Rep. Robin Shackleford (D-Indianapolis) was named a Highland Leader for The Highland Project, a project aimed at creating generational wealth and creating more opportunities for African American women throughout the country.
