Rep. Earl Harris Jr. (D-East Chicago) is currently attending the Board of Latino Legislative Leaders (BLLL) Annual Conference in San Diego, California. On November 19, he was re-elected as Vice Chair of the organizations, a role he's served since 2020. Also on November 19, Harris led a moderated discussion panel titled "Discipline and Restorative Justice Practices in Schools."
