BLUFFTON, Indiana, Oct. 6 -- The Indiana Department of Education issued the following news release on Oct. 5, 2022:
The Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) today announced that Tara Cocanower, a world history teacher at Bluffton High School, has been named the 2023 Indiana Teacher of the Year.
