WASHINGTON, April 29 (TNSPol) -- The Public Justice Food Project, an organization that focuses on food system and animal agriculture that is owned by independent farmers, issued the following news release:

The State of Michigan Court of Claims ruled to deny the defendant's motion for summary disposition in a case concerning workers' compensation for undocumented immigrants in Michigan. This allows the case to proceed.

The case is brought by the Michigan Immigrant Rights . . .
