WASHINGTON, April 1 (TNSPol) -- The Council on American-Islamic Relations issued the following news release:

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation's largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today welcomed the creation of a Detroit-based U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) community relations position within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) designed to build trust and work with Michigan's Arab-American and Muslim communities.
