MIDLAND, Michigan, Jan. 28 (TNSPol) -- The Mackinac Center for Public Policy issued the following news release:

In her fourth State of the State address, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer proclaimed, "Michiganders should be able to keep more of what they earn."
