SPRINGFIELD, Illinois, June 25 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - Illinois Field Office issued the following news release:
Illinois inventory of all hogs and pigs on June 1, 2021 was 5.50 million head, up 5 percent from March 1, 2021 and up 3 percent from last year.
