WASHINGTON, June 10 -- The U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics issued the following article from Economics Daily:
In April 2021, 335 metropolitan areas had statistically significant over-the-year increases in nonfarm payroll employment. Employment in the remaining 54 areas was essentially unchanged. The largest over-the-year employment increases occurred in New York-Newark-Jersey City, NY-NJ-PA (966,700 or 12.0 percent), Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim, California ( . . .
