Congresswoman Jahana Hayes is excited to announce the first place winner of the 2021 Congressional Arts Competition, Anna Goodwin, a junior at Nonnewaug High School in Woodbury, Connecticut, who was selected for her piece, "Allegro" a drawing in colored pencil.
