WASHINGTON, June 9 -- The Nuclear Regulatory Commission issued the following event notification (No. 55295) involving Comanche Peak, Texas:
AUTOMATIC REACTOR TRIP ON TURBINE TRIP DUE TO FAULT AND FIRE IN THE MAIN TRANSFORMER
