HARTFORD, Connecticut, June 3 -- Rep. John B. Larson, D-Connecticut, issued the following news release:
Rep. John B. Larson (CT-01) announced the winner of the First Congressional District Art Competition during a virtual ceremony. The competition is open to high school students in Connecticut's First District. 44 students participated in this year's competition. Lynn Blot of Hartford, who attends Wethersfield High School, was selected as the winner with her piece, Unnatural Change. . . .
