WASHINGTON, May 28 -- Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Florida, issued the following news release:
U.S. Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL), Vice Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, issued the following statement after voting against an amendment to the U.S. Innovation and Competition Act co-sponsored by Senators Ron Wyden (D-OR) and Mike Crapo (R-ID).
"It is critical that our legislative effort to compete with China doesn't inadvertently end up benefiting the Chine . . .
