WASHINGTON, May 28 -- Rep. Roger Williams, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Representative Roger Williams (TX-25) introduced bipartisan legislation to codify the Boots to Business (B2B) program that helps transitioning service members to start and grow businesses. The B2B program is offered by the Small Business Administration (SBA) as part of the Department of Defense's Transition Assistance Program (TAP).
