Fla. U.S. Attorney Office: Interlachen Man Pleads Guilty to Transmitting Interstate Threats to Injure Senator

JACKSONVILLE, Florida, May 22 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida issued the following news release on May 21, 2021:

Brian Christopher King (62, Interlachen) has pleaded guilty to transmitting communications in interstate commerce that contained threats to injure the person of another. He faces a maximum penalty of five years in federal prison. A sentencing date has not been set.
