SAN ANTONIO, Texas, May 21 -- The office of the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Texas issued the following news release on May 20, 2021:
Federal authorities have charged a pharmacy technician at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Kerrville (VAMC) with stealing hydrocodone and oxycodone prescriptions from the VAMC mailroom and from mailboxes at some 40 locations in Kerrville, Ingram and Center Point.
