WASHINGTON, May 21 -- Rep. Andy Kim, D-New Jersey, issued the following news release on May 20, 2021:
Congressman Andy Kim (NJ-03) announced that Kathleen Palmer, a senior from Shawnee High School in Medford, is the winner of the Congressional Art Competition from New Jersey's Third Congressional District.
