Congressman Brian Higgins (NY-26) announced House passage of S.937, the COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act, and House Resolution 275, Condemning the Horrific Shootings in Atlanta & Reaffirming Our Commitment to Combat Hate and Violence Against the Asian American Pacific Island (AAPI) Community. The legislation addresses the recent spike in hate, bigotry, and violence against Asian-Americans.
