Congressman Tony Gonzales (TX-23) highlighted the humanitarian crisis and influx of unaccompanied minors at the southern border on the House floor on Wednesday. Congressman Gonzales also highlighted the story of five unaccompanied migrant girls who were found abandoned by a rancher in Quemado, Texas.
