WASHINGTON, May 19 -- Rep. Tom Reed, R-New York, issued the following news release:
Rep. Tom Reed announced the 2021 Congressional High School Art Competition winner for the New York 23rd District is Alison Einink. Ms. Einink, a senior at Clymer High School, created the drawing "Antique Apothecary" in charcoal.
