WASHINGTON, May 19 -- Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, issued the following opening remarks on May 18, 2021, during the markup of a bill (H.R. 3239) to make improvements in the enactment of Title 41 of the U.S. Code into a positive law title and to improve the Code:
