Rep. Sean Patrick Maloney (NY-18) announced the winner of the 2021 Congressional Art Competition.
This year's Grand Prize winner is Lissette Conklin, of Monroe-Woodbury High School. Her winning charcoal drawing is titled "Boots." Kimberly Marquez won this year's Facebook Fan Favorite for "Boy Under the Bridge."
