WASHINGTON, May 18 -- Rep. Thomas Suozzi, D-New York, issued the following news release on May 17, 2021:
Congressman Tom Suozzi (D-Long Island, Queens) announced that New Yorkers will begin to see monthly payments of the expanded Child Tax Credit (CTC) on July 15th. Eligible families are expected to receive $300 per month for each child under the age of six and up to $250 per month for each child six and above. To qualify, you only need to file your taxes by May 17th.
