WASHINGTON, May 15 -- Rep. Brian Higgins, D-New York, issued the following news release:
Congressman Brian Higgins (NY-26) announced a second round of federal grants totaling $182,000 through the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) for eight projects in Western New York.
