WASHINGTON, May 6 -- Rep. Fred Upton, R-Michigan, issued the following news release on May 5, 2021:
U.S. Rep. Fred Upton, R-St. Joseph, today announced that Hayden Siebers, a senior at Portage Central High School, is the winner of this year's Congressional Art Competition for Michigan's Sixth Congressional District. His art, composed on ink pen, is titled Sunset in Playa del Carmen, and will hang in the U.S. Capitol for one year.
