WASHINGTON, May 6 -- Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement on May 5, 2021, after the Biden administration's announcement it would increase the cap on refugees from 15,000 to 62,500:
