WASHINGTON, May 5 -- Rep. Brian Higgins, D-New York, issued the following news release:
Congressman Brian Higgins (NY-26) announced introduction of the Historic Tax Credit Growth and Opportunity (HTC-GO) Act (H.R. 2294), which increases the Historic Tax Credit and expands eligibility for smaller projects as a tool to support economic growth.
