MCALLEN, Texas, May 3 -- Rep. Vicente Gonzalez, D-Texas, issued the following news release:
After extensive conversations with senior White House and Department of Homeland Security officials, Congressman Vicente Gonzalez (TX-15) announced that he successfully secured a commitment from the Biden administration to fix the levees in the Rio Grande Valley within days of sending a letter to President Biden.
