U.S. Representative Brenda L. Lawrence (MI-14) announced that Mike McGuinness will be her guest for President Biden's first Joint Address to Congress on Wednesday, April 28th. Mike is the President for the Pontiac School Board and Executive Director for the Oakland County Pioneer and Historical Society.
