WASHINGTON, April 29 -- Rep. Michael Burgess, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Texas Congressional leaders led by Congressman Michael C. Burgess, M.D. (R-TX) sent a letter to the Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra expressing their concern and disappointment by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' (CMS) action taken to rescind the 10-year extension of the Texas' Medicaid 1115 Waiver.
In the letter the Members wrote:
